Travel dates:

We recommend that you travel to Canada after registering for classes.

The Arrivals Package includes:

* Accommodation.
* International Student Starter Kit (essentials items like toiletries, kitchen ware, bedding).
* Private or shared transportation to your accommodation
* Early arrival insurance (if applicable)
* Welcome bag from Georgian (notebook pen, universal travel adapter and more)

Optional activation of SIM card

You can avail a pre-paid monthly plan on the free SIM at an additional CA$56.50 (50+tax). Details on activating your SIM with the plan will be shared when you reach Canada.

The plan includes:
1. Unlimited Canada wide calls
2. Unlimited local, International Text and Picture Messaging
3. And 6 GB of Data

You must download the Georgian Assist App on App Store or Google Play Store to complete Georgian College’s quarantine process.
All Georgian students arriving to Canada must complete a mandatory student commitment form on the Georgian Assist App. Additionally, all co-arriving family members must complete a separate mandatory commitment form on Georgian Assist App.

Terms and Conditions:

Bookings for quarantine package should be made at least 5 business days prior to departure. Please email us in case of any emergency: gcarrivalservice@mapleassist.com. Please allow 24-48 hours before we respond or send you any confirmation. We also advise you to save the above email and check your spam if you do not hear from us after 2 days.
