Step 1- Review of Initial Consultation agreement form and acceptance
Step 2- Review reference links and forms below
Step 3- Fill all the forms and collect documents as per checklists and list out your queries
Step 4- Submit all documents and set up a time for discussion
*All documents must be submitted at one time.
A: Forms –Application for Study made outside Canada IMM5294, Family Information IMM5707, Statutory declaration of common union IMM5409, Use of Representative IMM5476, Authority to disclose personal information to designated individual IMM5475, Custodian Declaration, optional- CAQ for Quebec Students
B: Supporting documents-Letter of Acceptance from College, Passport all pages except blank pages, 2 photos, Medical, Police clearance, IELTS score card, Mark sheets/Transcripts, Financials (Bank Statement/GIC/Proof of tuition paid)
C: Explanations-SOP, Resume
Step 5- Review with consultant on one-to-one basis for 30 minutes
Step 6- Resubmit with changes, if required, and set up time for a 30 minutes final review
Step 7- Submit your application on your own with paper or online
