We wish to assist you in the best possible way for your arrival in Canada. Our arrival services follow mandatory requirements for Covid-19 and all safety measures will be implemented during your shuttle ride and during your stay at our partnered accommodation. Durham College Arrival Services is offering 2 kinds of packages:

DC’s First 1 night including Shuttle.
DC’s Free shuttle

We request you to prepare for quarantine and follow all stated travel guidelines shared by the Government of Canada. The Maple Assist Arrival Guide, to be received on the booking confirmation, will cover important details for your arrival.

We cannot accept any bookings 72 hours or 3 days before your date of departure. Bookings made in under 3 days will be cancelled and the payment refunded. In case of any emergency, please write to us at: dcarrivals@mapleassist.com.
